Summary |
I am home!
It makes no difference if there are long breaks in between, here is home!
As I walk the streets of this special holy City- I feel as I belong.
I am B’Soch Ami (amongst my people).
As I sang Hallel this morning the words, “Even M’aasu HaBonim Hai’sa L’Rosh Pina”- “The Rock (the Jewish People) who were rejected by other “builder’s “- is the Corner Stone of the World.”
Yes, there was a terrible tragedy.
Yes, there was and there still is a reason to mourn.
However, the Jewish people are here to stay.
Yerushalayim is still pulsating with life and spiritually.
The Chanukah Menorahs are still lit with pride and illuminate the entire city.
There is no better place for a Jew than YERUSHALAYIM!
I am proud to be here!
A joyous Chanukah and Good Shabbos to all.
